'I Love Betty La Fea' is a top-rater for ABS-CBN and Bea Alonzo is playing the lead part so that should be a good thing for Bea's starvalue, right?
Yes and No.
Yes because 'ILBF' is sustaining Bea's tv exposure and No because to be totally honest about the show, it suffers in comparison with the original Columbian production of 'Yo Soy Betty La Fea' as far as the quality of 'story' and execution is concerned.
And in Superstarvalue's copyrighted starvalue computation, the results show that the less than admirable quality of the Pinoy version is in fact, hurting the starvalue of Bea for the simple reason that Bea is the face of Betty, the local one that is.
